#ShareYourFlare Campaign

Join Balmonds campaign for National Eczema Awareness Week calling for those living with eczema to share your flare!

Representation matters and it’s time to normalise normal skin! Endless images of perfect skin on Instagram and TikTok can make a difficult condition even harder to live with. We're inviting you to join Balmonds Share Your Flare campaign on social media.

So what's the big idea?

We want to show the world that eczema flares are nothing to be ashamed of and your skin does not define you. Eczema is a chronic condition that tends to come and go in waves so having a toolkit of strategies to hand when a flare hits is essential to being able to live your best life.

Not a perfect life, because no life is Instagram perfect, but definitely a more comfortable one.

Effective skincare is one of a number of strategies you can use to manage a flare, and whatever happens you know Balmonds has got your back!

How to join in

Follow and use the #ShareYourFlare hashtag on social media between 12th -18th September. Show the world what an eczema flare looks and feels like, and let everyone know how you manage it!

Explore the hashtag and visit our instagram here

Thanks to all in the Balmonds community who have shared their pictures and stories through the years!
