Cradle Cap

Gently moisturising natural products to soften flakes on infant scalps.

Cradle cap is common and harmless in new babies; it’s the infant version of dandruff, and appears as yellow flaking skin on the scalp, and sometimes eyebrows, of tiny babies. It usually clears up of its own accord as the baby gets older, but if it is unsightly or crusty, you can use these Balmonds products to soften and remove the flakes.

Gently massage Balmonds Bath & Body Oil into the patch of cradle cap and leave on overnight. In the morning, loosen and remove the flakes with a fine-toothed comb, then, if you like, wash your baby’s scalp with a tiny amount of Balmonds Natural Shampoo & Body Wash

If the cradle cap is on your little one’s eyebrows or face, you can apply a little Skin Salvation instead of oil to soften and loosen the flaky skin.
